Dennis Ellefson was the editor of CARtoons from 1975-1991, and before that, CYCLEtoons.He also did some artwork in the mags. I am sorry to say that he has since passed away. I hear from many of the artists that worked for him, that he was a great person, and a pleasure to work for.Examples will be here soon.
