Joe Borer was a semi-regular contributer to CARtoons. He was in a few issues a year in the late 80's, early 90's. Joe's artwork was full of character, with over-exagerated motion.I don't know why he wasn't given a spot in every issue, I always looked forward to seeing his artwork, he had a style all his own.
